Theoretical formulae for secondary X-ray fluorescence due to Compton electrons have been derived on the base of the Born approximation and the 'impulse approximation'. Enhanced intensity was evaluated for exemplary two-component samples. Comparison with the other secondary and tertiary enhancement effects was performed.
