This article investigates disinformation narratives concerning nuclear energy in Poland. It presents the results of a content analysis of 301 disinformative posts published on the platform X.com in 2023, during a period marked by intensified media discourse on the topic. The analysis constitutes a preliminary examination of thematic areas that may be further explored within the framework of deliberate disinformation campaigns. The study identifies five dominant narrative types: fear-inducing, polarising, political, pseudo-environmental, and demotivating. In 77% of the cases, the content disseminated within these narratives is unverifiable and relies heavily on emotions such as fear and anger. Addressing disinformation in the context of nuclear energy represents a significant challenge for both journalists and specialists engaged in information literacy education.
