The temperature and frequency dependences of the surface resistance of a high-T c superconductor are calculated on the basis of the bipolaron Bose condensation model. Satisfactory agreement between model calculations and experimental results is demonstrated. The origin of the peak in the dynamic conductivity below T c is discussed.
