A UB V photoelectric investigation on the southern globular clusters NGC 6752 and NCC 6362 was carried out at the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory with the 36-inch and 60-inch reflectors. Seventy-one stars were observed an average of 1.7 times in NGC 6752 to apparent magnitude V = 15.50, and sixty-one stars were observed an average of 1.9 times in NGC 6362 to magnitude V = 15.73. No reddening was detected in NGC 6752 [E(B - V) = 0.00]. The true distance modulus is (?n - = 13.5, and the distance is 5.01 kpc. Both the ultraviolet excess and AV values are characteristic of clusters that have weak to very weak metal lines. NGC 6362 has an estimated reddening E(B - V) = 0.15, an apparent visual distance modulus (m- M) = 14.70, and a true distance modulus (m - Al)0 = 14.25. The distance is 7.08 kpc.
