Magnetic data from the Shuangjianzishan silver-polymetallic deposit in the Southern Great Xing’an Range, along with regional geological background information, were analyzed to characterize structural and lithological controls on mineralization. The mining district is dominated by conjugate northeast- and northwest-trending fault systems, with the Dashizhai Formation serving as the primary ore-bearing stratigraphic unit. Spatial distribution of intrusive ranges, morphology of deep-seated intrusive bodies, and Cretaceous volcanic rocks was examined. Early Cretaceous igneous rocks constitute the primary metallogenic formations in the mining district that host metallogenic deposits. Geophysical characteristics of key ore-controlling elements and the spatial distribution of metallogenic factors were outlined. A metallogenic model and prospecting indicators for the mining district were established, and a three-dimensional geological model of the Shuangjianzishan deposit was constructed. Two promising metallogenic sites were identified along the periphery of the mining area, providing a basis for future deep resource exploration and development.
