X-linked characters, such as the Xg blood groups Lindsten et al. (1963) applied Xg to a series of patients with Turner's syndrome with a 45,XO karyotype, as did Fr0land et al. (1963) and Ferguson-Smith et al. (1964) to some cases of Klinefelter's syndrome. In this paper similar observations on a series of Danish patients with Klinefelter's syndrome are reported.
