A class of integral equations is introduced for the exterior Neumann problem of acoustics which it is believed will be useful for numerical work as well as having analytical value. An alternative version is given which may have more desirable properties for numerical applications. Both methods guarantee uniqueness for a certain range of wave number without increasing the singularity of the kernel.
