Theoretical modeling reveals exact values for neutrino mixing and CP violation branches, suggesting precise falsifiable benchmarks for future oscillation experiments.
This preprint presents the neutrino sector of the independent Theta Vacuum Theory research programme developed by Franco Vincenzotti. It is not affiliated with other theories, models, or publications that use the name “Theta”.The work records a frozen effective three-neutrino construction based on closed-form PMNS bridge probabilities and a CP-holonomy branch. It provides reproducible values for the mixing angles, the leptonic CP phase, the Jarlskog invariant, the normal-ordering neutrino masses, the total neutrino-mass sum, the beta-decay observable, and the phase-dependent neutrinoless-double-beta-decay envelope. The historical closure branch gives δ_CP = 214.158936891° and J_CP = −0.018849861211. A later operator-oriented audit produces an alternative branch near δ_CP = 151.414959773° with positive J_CP; the two branches are reported separately and are not averaged. Explicit experimental falsification criteria are stated. The construction is presented as an effective phenomenological model, not as a completed microscopic or fundamental theory. The microscopic derivation from the Mother operator, the Dirac/Majorana identity, and the origin of several discrete weights remain open. The accompanying reproducibility archive contains the manuscript, numerical JSON/CSV outputs, audit programs, source scripts, editorial consistency records, and a SHA-256 manifest. This publication supplements the frozen Theta-1 preregistration available at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21869404.
