Policy protocol establishes standardized requirements for scholarly deposits on Zenodo, ensuring consistent rights clearance and transparent AI disclosure.
The GCPA-SIDCER publications protocol sets the requirements that scholarly and professional outputs must meet before deposit in the Good Clinical Practice Alliance - Europe (GCPA) and Strategic Initiative for Developing Capacity in Ethical Review (SIDCER) community on Zenodo, in the series 'Science, Policy, and Ethics in Conversation'. It applies equally to recent and past contributions, and covers eligible output types; rights and consent; existing records and transition; retrospective contributions; readiness; AI disclosure, provenance, and assurance; metadata; licensing; versioning; curation; file formats and naming; the deposit register; and governance. The aim is a consistent, rights-cleared and openly licensed publication record that the community can stand behind, regardless of when the underlying work was produced. This record includes a machine-readable AI disclosure, provenance, and assurance statement as a YAML companion file.
