Antibodies to Mycoplasma hominis in patients with genital infections and in healthy controls.

Permanent lucite 'U' microtitration plates (Flow Labora- tories Ltd.) were used. Serial 2-fold dilutions of serum in PBS containing 1 per cent. normal rabbit serum were made and an equal volume (0-025 ml.) of the sensitized erythrocyte suspension was added to the cups. The trays were carefully shaken, sealed with tape, and read after 2 hours at 20C.
