Among all the A(B′, B″)O3 perovskite ferroelectrics, Pb(Sc½Ta½)O 3 is one of the most deal crystals for the investgation on the behaviour of disorder-order transformation and paraelectric(PE)-ferroelectric(FE) phase transition with ordered structures. Following the group theoretical considerations for domain structures combined with direct transmission electron microscopic observarions, the FE phase is concluded to be tetrogonal and no strong interaction exists between FE and ordered domains.
