Procedures are described for micro spectrophotometry in the infrared: (1) for the quantitative incorporation of micro quantities (0,0l–0,1 μmole) of substance in KBr pellets; (2) for confection of a thin layer nujol suspension of the same quantities of substance on the surface of KBr pellets.
