We have carried out a detailed analysis of the 4d 10 1 S 0 -4d 9 (np+nf) J=1 resonance transitions of the Pd I like spectra from Cd III to Cs X. A total of 130 lines have been classified, 99 of them for the first time as belonging to the 4d 9 (np+n'f) J=1 levels for n=5-7, n'=4-9. Some earlier identifications of Sb VI, Te VII and I VIII have been revised. Ionization potentials have been calculated for all spectra limiting on the 4d 9 2 D 5/2 of the next ion.
