Theoretical modeling reveals distinct pointer structures in an eight-qubit register, demonstrating that transition support alone cannot determine exported records in open quantum systems.
A candidate pointer basis, an algebra generated by available microscopic operations, and the pointer structure of a physically selected open-system channel are different objects. This technical report exhibits that distinction in an exact eight-qubit register on the eight triangular faces of a bond-centred oblate square bipyramid. Full polarity-resolved J/K support individuates 32 of 48 valid labels, whereas the banked elementary J-only event individuates 22. Both algebras retain an exact generation-00 noiseless-isospin multiplicity on the same fixed domain. A further finite no-go shows that coherent evolution, address-only records, and polarity-resolved records can share the same 224 exit edges while acting differently on coherence. Transition support therefore does not determine the exported record. The report does not claim a selected physical monitor or experimental realisation. It identifies four missing microscopic clauses and three discriminating experiments. The deposit includes the paper sources, five executable verification gates, their machine-readable reports, and a manifest.
