Theoretical modeling demonstrates derivation of coupling matrices directly from geometry in dynamical systems, indicating parameter-free predictability across physical and biological domains.
We present a formal method for deriving the coupling matrix S of a dynamical system from its geometry alone, without free parameters. This method is part of the TRUE framework, where every system is a configuration of the K field. The matrix S is a coupling operator between the degrees of freedom of the system. It is read from the geometry, not fitted to data. The method is validated on six classes of quantum critical materials, with deviations below 5% (except for frustrated systems). It is applicable to any dynamical system whose geometry is known or measurable, whether physical, biological, or geophysical. The proposed formalism eliminates all adjustable parameters and makes the TRUE reading fully predictive. An application to the shoot apical meristem is presented as a case study.
