Photoabsorption and fluorescence cross sections were measured in the 105–220 nm region. The OH (A→X) emission was observed at wavelengths shorter than 153 nm with a maximum quantum yield of 1.6% at 122 nm. Emissions from excited NO2 were observed in the 105–220 nm region with an apparent quantum yield of 0.3% at 200 nm. The fluorescence excitation spectra reveal that the absorption continua consist of several repulsive states.
