A simple, one-pot synthesis of nine 3-(4-oxo-4,5-dihydro-thiazole-2-yl sulfanyl) succinate derivatives has been achieved in moderate to good yields via a three-component reaction of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, phosphites, and rhodanine at room temperature conditions and a magnetically-separable Fe3O4@gly@Furfural@Co(NO3)2 nanocatalyst. The size, surface charge, superparamagnetic properties, crystalline structure, and surface functional groups of nanoparticles were characterized and carried out utilizing several techniques such as X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and Value stream mapping (VSM).
