Reports a rare case of left ventricular myxoma successfully treated with surgical excision guided by intraoperative echocardiography.
心臓腫瘍は転移性腫瘍が多く原発性心臓腫瘍は比較的稀である．原発性心臓腫瘍は粘液腫が多くその発生部位は左房に多い．今回われわれは，極めて稀な左室粘液腫を経験したので報告する．症例は77歳，女性．労作時の息切れを主訴に当院に紹介受診した．心臓超音波検査にて左室内腫瘍と診断した．術中超音波検査を左室表面から施行，左室切開部位を決定し腫瘍を摘出した．術後22日目に軽快退院した．
