I had a hard time deciding how to write this article, not just because of various factors involved in writing, but because of particular factors that relate to my values. One of them is not to use the approach of describing my fellow Inuit, nor any other group of people, but to have respect towards everyone and everything that I use as my source in giving a message. The style I felt most comfortable and right about, then, was narrative, using my own experience of the subject under discussion. I would hope that on reading the following one does not dwell on the story itself, but rather on interpreting the deep underlying messages related to culture and education.
