The authors of this manuscript present a comprehensive analytical theory for the effects of skyrmions on the magnon spectrum that can lead to a topological magnon Hall effect. Conversely, magnons affect the dynamics of skyrmions via an effective reactive force resulting in a large skyrmion Hall effect.
