Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of Human resource information system (HRIS) on strategic decisions.Design/methodology/approach – The papers develops a research model based on current literature and then test this model in Mellat and Parsian banks selected from 19 banks with 18000 branches, public and private sectors in Iran.
