1 male neonate (birth weight 3,542 g) with Loeys-Dietz syndrome, double outlet right ventricle (DORV), subpulmonic ventricular septal defect (VSD), interrupted aortic arch (IAA), patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), and main pulmonary artery aneurysm.

Intervention

Bilateral pulmonary artery banding using hemoclips (performed at 9 days of age).

Outcome
