Phase transitions in quasi-one-dimensional electron systems with imperfectly nested Fermi surface have been investigated. The spin-density-wave (SDW) transition temperature is obtained as a function of the degree of imperfect nesting of the Fermi surface. The wave vector of SDW at the transition temperature is shown to change discontinuously at a critical value of the degree of imperfect nesting. The competition between SDW and various types of superconductivity is also discussed. It is shown that there are no coexistent state in Ginzburg-Landau region. The application to the organic conductors, (TMTSF) 2 X, is discussed.
