Abstract

The improved properties of FePO ₄ /Li ₃ PO ₄ coated Li[Li 0.2 Fe 0.1 Ni 0.15 Mn 0.5 ]O ₂ material are attributed to the suppression of bulk material from direct exposure with electrolyte by amorphous FePO ₄ /Li ₃ PO ₄ phase.
