This paper analyzes the observations of an original spectroheliograph telescope installed at the Kislovodsk Mountain Astronomical Station of the GAO RAS. The telescope is intended for continuous observation of the activity of the solar chromosphere. The tool makes it possible to register the full profile of the H-alpha spectral line in each pixel of the solar disk with a frequency of approximately 1 minute. We analyzed observational data from September 2015 to July 2020 and found downdrafts with average velocities Vav is approximately 0.5 km/s. The flows are directed predominantly downwards with a small horizontal component. The properties of the streams do not significantly depend on the phase of the solar cycle, the area, or the relative brightness of active regions. We assume that these streams can influence the speed of the solar wind over active regions.
