The possibility that c{}c states remain bound even in the QCD plasma state is examined. Assuming that these states do exist, we calculate the thermal width due to the process J/{ψ}{→}D{}D and show that low-lying states might be detected. The relevance of this to heavy-ion experiments is discussed.
