The theory of the intraband magnetoabsorption is derived in the quantum limit for semiconductors with ionized impurities. The 0{→}0 and 0{→}1 transitions are considered. For cyclotron-resonance-inactive polarization a logarithmic divergency of the absorption coefficient at cyclotron frequency is obtained. No such singularity exists for parallel polarization.
