Excitation energies and oscillator strengths from the ¹{S}₀$ ground state to the first $¹P{{^∘{}}}₁$ and $³P{{^∘{}}}₁$ excited states of Zn-like ions are calculated by using the multiconfiguration relativistic random-phase approximation. Results are compared with those from other theories and with experiment. Predicted values for highly stripped ions are listed.
