Methodological framework outlines standardized testing in water–mineral systems, ensuring reproducible measurements under controlled electromagnetic conditions.
The work is a designed measurement and contains no measurement results: it presents the statement of the problem, a review of foundations, a parametric model, a preregistered protocol and a reproducibility framework for water–mineral systems under controlled electromagnetic conditions. Methods of material characterisation, the set of measured quantities, and the conditions under which a claim of difference between samples is considered to have failed are set out. The boundaries of admissible claims are drawn separately: the physiological block has been removed from the construction structurally, and the work makes no claims about action on human beings. The value of the protocol is that it declares thresholds and procedures before data are obtained, which makes subsequent results verifiable independently of their sign.
