Theoretical framework demonstrates revised native dependency order in Gauss-Riemann spectral calculus, highlighting certified finite spectral structures.
Corrected Part I of the Gauss-Riemann Spectral Calculus programme, containing Papers 01-05 in Markdown, TeX, and PDF. The native dependency order now begins with Eulerian finite generation, Gaussian finite measurement and error propagation, finite spectral records, and separately certified Riemann-style extension. Lie-generator language is retained only as an optional interpretation, while curvature-coherence comparison is retained as an optional external calibration. Fixed-precision certificates and four-point degeneration chains remain intact.
