The magnetic after-effect spectra of Fe100-xBx (14.8 < × < 23) alloys and their annealing behaviour are measured in the temperature range between 4.2 and 600 K. The relaxation peaks found between 300 and 550 K are explained by the reorientations of pairs of atoms in the neighbourhood of free volumes.
