The results of eight-color photometry, over the range of wavelength from 0.35 to 3 5 , are given here for 43 K- and M-dwarf stars. The range of spectral types is from K0 to M8. The mean colors, bolometric corrections, effective temperatures, and radii have been derived for M4ype dwarfs; a comparison of the derived data with Limber's theoretical work indicates good agreement for the effective temperatures, but the observed luminosities are larger than the computed ones by about 0.5 mag. One star, Barnard's Star, is a subdwarf in the bolometric-magnitude-effective-temperature diagram.
