Monocrystalline LnPO4 (Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb) nanowires have been prepared in bulk quantities by a simple, facile, and clean solution‐based hydrothermal method at 220−240 °C by finely tuning the acidity of the stock solutions.
