Direct experimental evidence is given of the existence of β′- and γ′ -high pressure phases of cerium. The P-T diagram of the phase transitions of cerium is proposed. The behaviour of the cerium resistance in the triple point domains and the dependence of the α-phase resistance on heat treating and its origin are studied.
