Theoretical analysis predicts PMNS mixing angles using a topological flavor framework, indicating testable lower-octant neutrino mixing for upcoming experiments.
We propose a parameterization formula for PMNS mixing angles based on atopological flavor structure, in which the three mixing angles,,aregenerated by a unified scaling function. The formula contains only one universalcoupling constantand two intergenerational spacing parameters, yetsimultaneously predicts the experimental values of all three mixing angles. Wecalculate,(lower octant), and, inexcellent agreement with current global fit data. In particular, the framework yields adefinitive lower-octant prediction for(), a conclusion testable by Hyper-Kamiokande and DUNE within the next 3–5 years.
