Methodological analysis demonstrates structural biases in standard cosmological model comparisons, highlighting direct space telescope observations as a fair evaluation baseline.
This Zenodo repository contains two complementary technical notes on the comparison between the UAT/UCP framework and the standard Lambda-CDM cosmological model. The first note, "On the Inadequacy of Direct Comparisons Between UAT/UCP and Lambda-CDM Using Standard Boltzmann Parameters", explains why importing Lambda-CDM-adjusted parameters into a UAT/UCP evaluation is structurally biased. It documents the six free parameters of Lambda-CDM and contrasts them with the single free parameter of UAT/UCP. A recent S8 calculation is discussed as a cautionary example of how such comparisons can produce misleading results. The second note, "Comparing Cosmological Frameworks Against Direct Observational Data: A JWST Case Study", proposes a fair baseline using only direct JWST observables. It shows that a single causal redshift correction from UAT/UCP can naturally accommodate several high-redshift anomalies that Lambda-CDM addresses with separate adjustable astrophysical mechanisms. Both notes are methodological and qualitative. They do not validate UAT/UCP and do not replace the need for a future independent UAT/UCP Boltzmann solver. They document the boundary conditions for fair comparison between different cosmological frameworks.
