From measurements of the magnetic properties of some dilute AgMn alloys we have determined the strength of the Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida interaction, V(r)=(V₀cos2kFr)r³, to be V₀=3.5×10^-37 erg cm³. The corresponding value of the s-d exchange parameter is $|J|=1.1$ eV.
