The influence of vanadyl phthalocyanine on the electric properties of copper phthalocyanine was studied. The admixture forms impurity centres on regular lattice sites with an energy level 1.04 eV below the conduction band edge. Vanadyl phthalocyanine molecules on grain surfaces give a strong increase of the trap concentration.
