The current manuscript investigates the nonlinear thermal dissipation and radiation influences on the Casson fluid model flow on a stretchy sheet device with a porous environment. The nanofluid model is characterized through Buongiorno model adoption. In connection with this, impacts of variable thermic conductivity, heat dissipation and nonlinear heat radiation are considered. With the aid of appropriate similarity transformation variables, the leading dimensional partial derivative systems associated with boundary constraints are changed into dimensionless ordinary derivative systems. To solve the boundary value equations, a computational method called the shooting scheme, along with an integrated Runge–Kutta method, is stable, converge, and consistent. Moreover, we explored the results for the emerging flow parameters by using graphs and tables. From the obtained results it is observed that heat transfer is significantly affected by radiation, enhancing the heat conductivity of the magneto-Casson nanofluid fluid for a uniform temperature profile.
