A new theory which unifies both the glass-like phase proposed by Jo on the basis of the HF-CPA and that in the site Ising model is presented. The theory includes the former at T =0, and the decrease of the magnetization in its state is proportional to T at low temperatures in the single site approximation. The freezing temperature T g agrees with that of the molecular-field approximation in the site Ising model.
