A nonlocal ψ4 interaction of GL model in a magnetic field is studied by perturbation series for the two-dimensional case. The vortex lattice solution for this model is investigated and the large order behavior of the perturbation series is discussed. The behavior of the specific heat is calculated and the relevance of our model to the high-temperature superconductors is briefly discussed.
