The Pivotal Position of the Citizen in The Concept of Territorial Governance

Territorial governance is neither a myth nor a rhetorical figure, but a tool of territorial intelligence in favor of the shared and harmonious development of the territories. This is the thesis defended in the project PSDR. Gouv. Innov led by roughly twentytwo people, researchers and local actors engaged in the elaboration of a guide, resulting from a joint group, bringing together researchers from various disciplines and a panel of agents of local development of different communities as well as specialized counselors.
