The effect of neutral particles on viscosity, heat flow, current, and drift in an ionized plasma is derived. The effect of neutrons in a hydrogen plasma in a strong uniform magnetic field is calculated. The effect begins to be significant at a temperature of approximately 10 kev, depending on the values of other variables.
