The dielectric properties of colored KCl crystals were measured from 20^∘{} to 600^∘{}C by the resonance method at 3 Mc/sec, and the number of color centers by the conduction method. The dissociation energy of the color centers in KCl was roughly calculated to be 0.36 ev from the data thus obtained.
