A necessary step for a woman prior to a planned conception is introducing vital changes into her lifestyle. First of all, if she spends the day mostly in the sitting position, she should try to change her way of life into a more active one. Inevitably, a low physical activity leads mostly to overweight, even obesity. Therefore, taking part in sports activities would help keep the right body mass level or lose weight. Overweight and obesity show a very negative impact on the menstrual cycle and ovulation, which might make conceiving a child rather difficult. Furthermore, the above mentioned points may also stand out as possible factors responsible for antenatal complications, including miscarriage. Staying active on a regular basis supports restoring the right ovulation timing, lowers the complications’ level and soothes possible ailments experienced by a woman.
