A patient presented with cervical and axillary adenopathy, bilateral symmetrical sensory-motor peripheral neuropathy, and multiple lytic bone lesions with osteosclerotic margins. Biopsy of the lymph nodes and bones revealed this to be a plasma cell tumor. A review of the literature has revealed 36 cases of osteosclerotic myeloma, 37 cases of peripheral neuropathy with myeloma, and the association of the two in 13 cases. The further association with plasmacytomas of the lymph nodes is extremely rare and has been reported in only 5 cases.
