Radiative transitions from autoionizing levels of Be III were observed in the far ultra-violet spectrum produced by a vacuum spark. Classification of these transitions and determination of autoionizing level energies are given. Dependence of the intensity of these transitions on discharge parameters and the importance of the dielectronic recombination process are discussed.
