Combined liver‐pancreas procurement mostly requires back bench reconstruction of arterial blood supply to the pancreas graft. Anastomosing the mid‐portion of the splenic artery end‐to‐side to a donor illiac artery graft as an alternative method of pancreatic graft arterialization is described.
