This book provides an easy to read but thought-provoking practical guide to clinical supervision. The author does not advocate any single model but explores different frameworks, based on principles but with the actual process driven by practitioners according to local situations in their area of practice. The book adopts a reflective approach to and in clinical supervision and encourages practitioners to do more than just think about clinical supervision but to action some of that thinking. There are examples of practical application from the author’s own experience of implementation and preparing both supervisors and supervisees.
