This paper presents the results obtained in the simulation of neutral particle fluxes of deuterium and tritium, emitted by ITER-FEAT plasma along the major radius in the middle plane of the torus. The electron capture in collisions with He + ions is taken into account as a mechanism of hydrogen ion neutralization in addition to the resonant charge exchange with background neutrals. The simulation shows that 150 keV D 0 and T 0 atoms are emitted from the plasma core and the flux values are high enough to enable n d / n t measurement in the plasma core with required accuracy and time resolution.
